In this abstract, plan for the presentation at the Congress was described: Klaus Pringsheim's music activities after the end of World War II will be followed with as much detail as possible, based on the results of interviews with the persons who knew him, as well as on primary sources. Then his contribution to music in Japan will be examined, focusing on his liaison role.
